It's was a "Good Friday" in LA

Looks like your typical day in Los Angeles right?? Well it was a colder day, with rain clouds above about to burst at any given moment. Luckily it was a pretty windy day, which meant those rain clouds didn't stand a chance!!

Next week I head back to the East Coast for some spanking fun at the "Spring Fling" event held by Strictly Spanking New York (SSNY).

I'm excited to get out of town and visit with TGC and J and a few other fun spanky friends. Seems like a long time since I've been out there but in reality I was out there in February. Could I be developing a crush on the East Coast and all it's glory? Hmmmmm, a secret I may need to keep for a little while longer (unless you spank it out of me...*weg*)

But back in Los Angeles, I celebrated "Good Friday". Sometimes a brat girl needs to take time out from her busy life and remember why I'm here and be blessed. Celebrating "Good Friday" for me meant singing at the "Good Friday" mass at my church. I may have never mentioned this before, but I do have a fancy for singing. Especially when it involves singing at church and singing in harmonies...there is definitely something haunting when you're singing a Psalm in a four part harmony!! Maybe that's just a "me" thing....but I love it. I love how music intertwines itself with liturgy. But yet again, definitely just a "me" thing.

So I spent the day with family. And we headed out to the Griffith Observatory to see what was going on in the night sky!! Not a bad day for being high above the city. We had a pretty good time hanging out and enjoying the views.
